Welcome to LJMU Women's Hockey Club

LJMU Women's Hockey Club runs 3 female standard teams in the BUCS North Conference Leagues, and our 1st team is currently one league away from the Premier Division. We cater for all abilities, from national league players to absolute beginners meaning anyone can join. So whether you want a serious game or a bit of a run around we can fit you in!!

We train on a Monday night at a local school and play matches on a Wednesday at I.M Marsh campus. Directions and more information can be found by contacting Club Captain, Jen Ratcliffe, at j.ratcliffe@2009.ljmu.ac.uk  
We have a vibrant social calendar off the hockey pitch and have a number of nights out already planned. Wednesday nights are our most common event, starting with drinks in the union and ending up in Liverpool's biggest student night, Medication, and all in a themed fancy dress!
We also host the legendary 20" pizza challenge, various inter-team sporting events and fundraisers. There are a number of club and team events in the pipeline as well, so come join one of the most sociable teams at JMU!!
