Welcome to the JMU American Fury Football Club

The LJMU Fury is an American Football team who represent Liverpool John Moores University in the British University American Football League (BUAFL). We are now entering our fourth year in the league playing against university teams across the country and are looking to build a team capable of challenging for the National Championship.

About the team:

• We train on Sundays 12-3pm and one night in the week (TBD) with games being played on Sundays.
• 8 games in the regular season, with away trips to Nottingham, York, Leeds and Staffordshire, with more games in the nationwide play-offs.
• Full coaching by a qualified coaching staff consisting of previous Britbowl championship winners and former/ current GB international players
• We will also provide all the equipment you need to play!

The social side:

We have many awesome social nights throughout the university year including:

• NFL Sundays
• Pre-med Wednesdays
• Post game nights out
• Halloween, Christmas, super bowl parties
• Initiation night (just a laugh), Christmas dinners, end of season awards evening
• Madden tournaments, Offense v Defense competition nights, competitions v other JMU sports teams, plus various other events on nights out!
