Whether it is a single misunderstanding or a long-running dispute, we are here to ensure that you know what your options are and that the decisions taken by LJMU are fair.

LiverpoolSU Advice Centre has changed the way we currently operate to allow you to access the service in a more effective timely way to ensure we can provide you with quality advice as soon as possible. To make sure this happens your first appointment with an adviser will be via telephone.
How to book an appointment
To make an appointment to speak to one of our advisers please call 0151 231 4900 , request an appointment online or pop into our reception area in G.06 John Foster Building and one of our receptionists will be able to answer your call during working hours. Alternatively, email email@example.com with your query and we’ll aim to respond to you within 48 hours (weekdays).When contacting us, please ensure you include the name of your faculty, degree course and your contact telephone number. Once you have made an appointment please send any relevant documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org so our advisers can prepare quality advice for your appointment.
Please note that we are unable to make calls to international numbers. However, we are able to arrange a skype call to speak to you or offer you advice via email.
We understand that many students work, are on internships or are simply not available during office hours. Appointments outside office hours can be offered on request and when possible.
If you’ve made an appointment but decide you no longer need it, please call us to cancel so that we can offer the slot to another student.
